1. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are subject to availability and successful payment processing. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, product, color, size, and quantity information when placing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory errors, or unauthorized resale activity. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, any amount owed back to the customer will be handled as required by applicable law and the payment provider’s rules.
2. ALL SALES FINAL
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or provide refunds after an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting payment. Please contact us promptly if you believe there is an issue with your order.
3. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display our products. Actual colors, placement, appearance, packaging, or other minor product details may vary slightly because of lighting, screens, photography, manufacturing, or production differences.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s intended use are not considered defects.
Product availability, designs, colors, pricing, promotions, and quantities may change at any time without notice.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All products are inspected before shipment and leave our possession in good condition.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, New Mississippi Movement is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, theft, misdelivery, or damage occurring during transit to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Shipping-related claims should be submitted directly to the applicable shipping carrier. We may provide available shipment information reasonably necessary to assist with a carrier claim.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
5. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you authorized the transaction and agreed to the product price, shipping charges, these Terms of Service, and our applicable store policies.
If you have a question or concern regarding an order, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to review the matter.
We reserve the right to provide order confirmations, tracking information, delivery records, customer communications, applicable policies, and other relevant transaction information to payment processors, financial institutions, or other parties involved in reviewing a chargeback or payment dispute.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available to a customer under applicable law or applicable card-network/payment-provider rules.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The New Mississippi Movement name, logos, original designs, graphics, photographs, website content, branding, and other intellectual property owned by New Mississippi Movement may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or used commercially without our permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
7. WEBSITE USE
You may not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes or interfere with the operation or security of our website.
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access when reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, website, or legal rights.

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment processors, shipping carriers, applications, and other service providers.
Those third parties may have their own terms and policies. New Mississippi Movement is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent third parties except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, products and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated by New Mississippi Movement or required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Mississippi Movement will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, services, or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
