Shipping policy

Orders placed with New Mississippi Movement are processed and shipped as promptly as possible. Shipping costs and available delivery options, when applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Any delivery dates or transit times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

All products are inspected before shipment and leave our possession in good condition. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, New Mississippi Movement is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, theft, misdelivery, or damage occurring during transit, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Shipping-related claims should be filed directly with the applicable carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

New Mississippi Movement is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
