Refund policy

FOUNDING 100 RESERVATION POLICY

All Founding 100 reservation deposits are non-refundable.

A reservation deposit secures a customer’s place in the Founding 100 release and is applied toward the final purchase price of the selected I’M THE SIP™ cup.

Customers will receive a reservation credit code when inventory becomes available. The credit code will be applied toward the final purchase.

Reservation deposits do not guarantee a specific delivery date and are not eligible for affiliate commissions.

If a customer chooses not to complete their purchase after inventory becomes available, the reservation deposit will be forfeited.
